1. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product includes original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
  • Customized or made-to-order carpets are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 

  • Custom-sized carpets or rugs
  • Special orders or personalized products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

 

3. Refund Process

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

 

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.
  • We will arrange for inspection and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the assessment.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
