1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product includes original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
- Customized or made-to-order carpets are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom-sized carpets or rugs
- Special orders or personalized products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.
- We will arrange for inspection and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the assessment.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
